About Me

At its core, coaching is about helping people get unstuck—whether that means figuring out how to finish an essay without staring at a blank page for hours, actually remembering to turn in assignments (instead of finding them crumpled at the bottom of a backpack), or creating a daily routine that doesn’t involve running on caffeine and chaos. Coaching isn’t just about advice—it’s about real strategies that make life easier.

That’s where I come in. My work blends executive function coaching, academic tutoring, and health coaching—three areas that might seem different but are actually part of the same big picture: helping you manage life, learning, and living well without feeling completely overwhelmed.

🔹 As an executive function coach, I help students and professionals tackle organization, time management, task initiation, and attentional control—aka, the skills that turn “I’ll do it later” into “Done!” (without the last-minute panic).

🔹 As an academic tutor, I take those same executive function skills and apply them to reading, writing, and critical thinking. Because knowing what to do is one thing—actually getting it done (and making it good) is another.

🔹 As a nationally certified (NBHWC) health coach, I focus on stress management, self-acceptance, and sustainable habits. Let’s be real—if your brain is running on fumes, your work (and sanity) will suffer. Through mindfulness, wellness strategies, and my background as a meditation leader, I help clients create healthy routines that support their goals instead of working against them.

With a background in education, curriculum development, and instructional design, I’ve worked with schools, parent groups, and universities to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences. I’ve developed personal development programs, trained educators, and designed health and various academic curricula that help students and professionals feel more confident and capable.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help you work smarter, not harder, and to make learning (and life) a little less stressful. Whether you need help getting organized, mastering academic skills, or creating a healthful balance in your life, I’ve got you covered.
